Please find below instructions on how to use the service.
1. Preparation: Inside your room's wardrobe, you will find the laundry bag and a paper order form.
2. Completion: Please complete the form with your name, room number, the number of items, and the type of service required (washing/ironing only).
3. Collection: Please place the garments and the signed form in the bag. You may leave it in plain view on your bed for our housekeeping staff, or contact Reception directly to request immediate collection.
Please find below the store's opening hours and return times.
1. The standard service is provided within 24 hours.
2. Please be advised that items collected by 9:00 a.m. will be returned by 7:00 p.m. on the same day, with the condition that they are washed and ironed.
3. Service is available from [Monday] to [Saturday]. Items handed in on Sunday will be returned on Monday evening.
